There are two moments I remember, both in London:

• We were walking from Padington Station in direction on Bayswater, trying to find our hotel. A guy who worked at a hotel was having his cigarette break and I asked directions. He helped us.
• We were debating how to get to Westminster Abby after visiting Tower of London and walking in the area. A guy, dressed in Dracula, saw us with our noses in the map and asked if we were lost. Told him that no, we weren’t but want to find the shortest way to Westminster Abby. He showed it on the map and away we went.

Back in 2007 (I think) I met someone via the Bootsnall boards. He was coming to Arad to a dog show. We met up in the city, I showed him around and on the day of the dog show I met a friend of his. And I ended up befriending her , as well, and helped her get to the hostel where she was staying. I still keep in touch with both!
