I’m Cris — a writer, content strategist and creative professional with 20+ years of experience in travel, publishing and digital content.

I particularly enjoy working with small businesses and independent professionals who don’t need a full marketing department, but do need an experienced person who can help them make better decisions and communicate more effectively. So, if you need help figuring out what to say, how to communicate it, or how to turn your ideas and existing material into better content – I’m your person.

And yes, that sometimes means you only need a strategy. Sometimes it might be sitting down together and figuring out what marketing should actually be doing for your business. Or you simply need content – whether it’s an article, a newsletter, or even a reel.

Writing & Editing

Writing is where I started, and it remains a big part of what I do.

I create and edit articles, blog posts, long-form content, website copy, newsletters and other editorial material, always with the audience and purpose in mind.

My own travel blogs are also a good example of the kind of work I do. I’ve been publishing online for many years, writing about destinations, travel experiences and the places I know best.

If you already have the content but need another experienced pair of eyes, I also offer editing, restructuring and polishing.

Travel Expertise

Travel has been a major part of my professional life since 2005.

I have worked as a travel agent in three agencies and have spent years researching, writing about and travelling around Europe, with particular experience in Greece, Italy, Hungary and Romania.

I can also provide travel-related research, editorial input and destination expertise when a project needs more than generic travel information.

Collaboration With Alex

Alex specializes in graphic design and video editing.

Together, we can combine strategy, writing, design and visual content for projects that need more than one skill set.

Depending on the project, I can handle the strategy, communication and editorial side while Alex takes care of design, video or other visual elements.

A Unique Perspective

Beyond the digital world, Alex and I teach Argentine Tango in Arad.

Running our tango school has given us another kind of hands-on experience: building a community, communicating with an audience, creating events, producing social media content, developing offers and figuring out what makes people actually show up.

It also means we know what it is like to run a small business ourselves, rather than only talk about marketing from the outside.
