You know how those really scenic villages perched on cliffs overlooking a sea (say the Adriatic) are impossibly expensive to stay in during summer? Or even during the shoulder season?

Ok then. My dream is to open a perfect hostel in one such village. It should have at most 5 doubles, each with bathroom ensuit. And it should be located on a cliff , overlooking the sea. Bonus points if the sunrise is visible for the common area!

My perfect hostel is actually a budget boutique hotel ; one of those wacky ones which are both chick and affordable to young couples looking to spend their wedding anniversary or even honeymoon in a great place but don’t want to go to luxury resorts.

The hostel would have Jamie Oliver teach cooking lessons once every month. He would make sure to teach couples to cook healthy , yet very tasty foods. Also, once a week, there would be dancing lessons, mostly batchata and salsa.

The hostel has a common area with books the guests can read or play board games. There will also be a common kitchen to use. And free internet access in the entire hostel.

In each room, couples who come here for their honey moon or wedding anniversary would be greeted with a basket of fresh fruits, massage oil and a Kamasutra book . However, in such cases the internet is limited in the room and they can only use it in the common areas.
