You still need a jacket since you are, after all, in the mountains, but you will be able to enjoy the city’s superb medieval citadel without too many tourists around you. Be aware that the opening hours at the museum still work on winter time so you may have the surprise to find it closed at 5 pm (like we did, in May!).
