Facts:

  • it was open in 1920
  • it is run by an University
  • it spans over 14 ha
  • there is a museum on site but it can only be toured at certain hours
  • it is home to more than 10,000 species of plans from all over the world

It took us more than two hours to cover the garden and we weren’t going slowly. I’ve seen it during summer and early autumn but I’d die to see it during spring, too.

I have always liked the forest within the garden. And since I like to see things from above, the Water Tower also attracted me.
