We’ve spent Valentine’s Day in Cluj-Napoca in 2016 and it was lovely. We were even blessed with the unexpected warm weather so we do could explore the outdoor museum. Aside from going to a restaurant, if the weather is cold, you can plan a day trip to Turda Salt Mine or just spend time at the Botanical Garden .
