Tips: What to pack for a beach vacation (or if you have access to a swimming pool)

Our Transfagarsan escape turned into Oroshaza, which means I’d be staying by the pool for two days (and also camp near-by). Bare with me but this is my very first vacation which involves staying so close and so long by a swimming pool (yes, I am not a fan of the beach).

So, figured I could put together a list of things I’m packing (yes, last minute packing, I am starting to be bad at planing ahead).

– beach bag (in my case a rather small backpack)
– flip-flops
– sunglasses
– bandana (no sun hat here)
– swimsuit
– beach dress (no cover up, oops)
– shorts
– towel
– blanket (in my case something else, but will double as one anyway)
– chargers, electronics (yes, we’ll have electricity at the camping)
– sun screen
– hydration cream
– hair brush
– soap
– tooth brush & paste [we have a travel pack I always keep packed which includes soap, brush, tooth paste, tooth brush, and band aids]
– lip balm [always in my purse]
– t-shirts (I am thinking 2 cause we have washing machine in the camping)
– tent & accessories
– long sleeve blouse and trousers
– shorts & t-shirt to sleep in
– prescription medicines (Birth control, vitamins)
– money (when we travel to Hungary we always exchange money at home)
– address of the camping (yes, LOL)
– panties (3), bra (1)
– sandals (1)

And if I forget something…well there’s a TESCO in the area.
